Empowering Recovery and Rediscovering Mind, Body and Soul

Second Wind

MIND

As your coach, I will draw upon my professional training and personal experience to provide you with the compassion, empathy, and expertise you need to succeed. Together, we will focus on strengthening your healthy self by building your self-esteem, practicing mindfulness, journaling and engaging in dialogues. By nurturing and empowering your mind, we will pave the way for transformative growth, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience.

BODY

I’ll work with you to create a personalized recovery plan that meets your unique needs and goals and provide accountability, guidance, and support that you will need to stay on track and make progress. We will work on changing your behaviors, managing anxiety, and creating a healthy relationship with food and your body. I'll be with you every step of the way, celebrating your successes and helping you navigate any setbacks or challenges that may arise.

SOUL

Your soul or your true self is a place where deep healing and transformation take root. I am committed to helping you put the eating disorder out of a job by addressing your authentic self, finding your purpose, and creating confidence. Your recovery will be a holistic process, encompassing all dimensions of your being as we work towards a harmonious integration of mind, body, and soul. I am dedicated to supporting you in reclaiming your true essence and embracing a future filled with hope and meaning.

“I have seen the other side of life outside of my eating disorder, and wow, it is beautiful! It is full of laughter, joy, energy and so many memories. I never thought I would get to this point. All the tears, pain, and hopelessness I felt throughout this process was all worth it. It is worth it…. I promise.”
